Non-cash Working Capital (NCWC)

Non-cash working capital (NCWC) is a financial metric that measures a company's liquidity by subtracting its current liabilities from its current assets, excluding cash and cash equivalents.Cash and cash equivalents are considered highly liquid assets which are not tied up in company's operations and thus, are excluded to reflect a clearer picture of the firm's working capital position.
