Financing Activity

Financing activities refer to the cash flow from transactions with shareholders and creditors that are related to financing the enterprise. Examples include but are not limited to:The Cash Flow from Financing (CFF) section is directly projected on the cash flow statement. Then, the final balance flows into the balance sheet, allowing an accurate representation of the company's financial position.Cash inflows: Issuing shares of stocks Loans borrowed from banks or other financial institutions Issuance of debt securities like bonds Cash outflows: Dividends paid to shareholders Repurchase of company's own shares (treasury stock) Repayment of loans Redemption of debt securities
